Product preparation
Ultra Hair comes ready to use straight from the vial — no mixing, diluting, or reconstituting required.
Each vial contains 3ml of pre-formulated solution. Before the procedure, the scalp is thoroughly cleansed. The solution is then drawn directly into a 30G needle syringe and injected evenly across the treatment areas, typically the frontal hairline, temples, and vertex (crown) of the scalp.
One full vial (3ml) is used per session. Because the solution comes pre-made, the procedure is straightforward and takes approximately 30 minutes, with no downtime. Patients can return to their daily activities immediately after.
How to dilute Wondertox 200U
Wondertox comes in a vial containing a fine powder containing 200 units of Botulinum toxin type A that needs to be diluted with 0.9% saline.
Note: The powder is very fine, so the vial may look empty. Rest assured that all units are present.

Step-by-Step Dilution Instructions:- Follow the following steps to dilute & reconstitute your toxin.
- Take the vial out of the refrigerator and visually inspect: the vial should be colorless and transparent with a small quantity of white/light yellow powder.
- Using the table below, draw Saline (0.9% Sodium Chloride) into a syringe and slowly add it to the Wondertox vial.
- Gently and slowly swirl the vial to mix, do not shake excessively.
- The reconstituted product should be kept in the refrigerator (2-8℃) and used within 24 hours
Note: Manufacturers recommend using the toxin within 24 hours of dilution, but research has shown that the reconstituted product remains stable for up to 5 weeks in the refrigerator (2-8℃).
Treatment areas
Ultra Hair is primarily indicated for scalp and hair restoration treatments. The most commonly treated area is the scalp, where concerns such as thinning hair, hair loss, and reduced density are most visible. Depending on practitioner assessment, treatment may be focused on specific zones of the scalp for targeted restoration.
- Frontal area (receding hairline and front of the scalp)
- Temple area (thinning along the sides of the scalp)
- Vertex or crown (baldness or thinning at the top of the scalp)
- Frontal borders (edges of the hairline requiring additional coverage)
- Overall scalp (general hair density, thickness, and scalp health improvement)
Dosage and technique
Dosage: One vial of 3ml is used per session. Each set contains 5 vials, enough for 5 complete sessions.
Technique: The solution is administered using one of three methods: direct injection, MTS (mesoroller), or a meso-machine, depending on the patient’s condition and the practitioner’s preference.
For injection, a 30G needle syringe is used. The scalp is thoroughly cleansed before treatment. The solution is injected evenly across the frontal, temple, and vertex areas. The frontal borders and hairlines at the temples receive an additional round of injections for thorough coverage.
The multiple punctures from the injections stimulate neo-collagen synthesis and cause local vasodilation, enhancing the treatment’s effectiveness beyond just the solution itself.
Post-treatment
Following treatment with Ultra Hair, proper aftercare is important to ensure optimal results and minimize any discomfort.
- Avoid touching, rubbing, or applying pressure to the treated scalp area immediately after the session
- Avoid washing the hair or wetting the scalp for at least 24 hours following treatment
- Avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, or excessive heat for 24 hours post-treatment
- Avoid alcohol consumption for at least 24 hours following treatment
- Avoid direct sun exposure to the scalp for 24 to 48 hours after the session
- Mild redness or slight swelling at the injection sites is normal and should resolve within a few hours
- If swelling or itching persists, antihistamines or corticosteroids should be administered by the practitioner
- Continue with the recommended treatment schedule of at least 7 sessions over 3 months for best results
