Product Preparation
Very Important:
- It is strongly recommended to use pure sterile water for injections for the reconstitution/dilution step.
- Sterile water with additives like benzoyl alcohol is not recommended.
- The use of saline or other diluents may negatively affect the dispersion of the particles in the solution.
Reconstitution
Inject 8 to 10 mL of pure sterile water for injections into the BEAUY vial using a sterile syringe. For added patient comfort, 1 mL of lidocaine may be used as part of the diluent instead of sterile water.
Mixing
Mix the vial thoroughly using a vortex mixer at a speed of 3,000 rpm for approximately 30 minutes or until the powder is fully dissolved.

Dosage and technique
The recommended dosage is 1 vial (200 mg) of BEAUY PLLA 200 per treatment session. Each vial contains 150 mg of PLLA and 50 mg of SCMC in powder form. For reconstitution, mix the vial with 8 to 10 mL of sterile water and lidocaine (optional), depending on the practitioner’s preference and desired consistency.
Preparation
Once the freeze-dried powder is fully dissolved, draw the mixture into a sterile syringe fitted with an 18G needle. Then replace the 18G needle with a 21-22G needle for the injection.
Technique
Insert the needle at a 30–40° angle to reach the desired depth in the dermis layer. Slowly inject the solution while simultaneously withdrawing the needle, allowing for even distribution of the product.
Post-treatment
- After the treatment, massage the treated area for 5 minutes, 5 times a day, to help enhance the correction effect.
- Refrain from intense exercise, heat exposure, and alcohol for 5–7 days.
- Minor swelling or bruising may occur and can be relieved with cold compresses.
- Stay hydrated and follow your practitioner’s recommended treatment schedule.
- Contact your practitioner if you experience any unusual discomfort or side effects.
