Mechanism of Action
AMI Eyes PDRN 2ml works by activating the skin’s natural regeneration process through its key ingredient, Polynucleotide (PDRN) — a purified DNA molecule derived from salmon.
Once injected into the dermis, PDRN stimulates fibroblast activity, promoting the synthesis of collagen and elastin, which rebuild the skin’s structure and improve elasticity. It also enhances cellular metabolism and microcirculation, accelerating tissue repair and reducing inflammation. This process restores the extracellular matrix, boosts hydration, and strengthens the skin barrier, resulting in smoother, brighter, and more resilient skin around the eyes.
Product Preparation
Before treatment, ensure the skin is thoroughly cleansed and disinfected to remove any makeup, oil, or impurities.
- The area should be completely dry prior to injection.
- Prepare the necessary tools such as 30G 13mm needles or a meso/multi-needle device, depending on the application method.
- Check the expiry date and integrity of the syringe packaging before opening.
- For enhanced results, AMI Eyes PDRN can be paired with Colladew or a hyaluronic acid booster to extend the effects of hydration and rejuvenation.

Dosage and technique
For under-eye treatment, use a 30G 13mm needle or a meso/multi-needle device. Inject approximately 1 mL per eye (total of 2 mL per session) distributed evenly across 6–10 points under each eye.
For facial mesotherapy, use a 33G needle or a Hydra Stamp device, applying 1 mL per side (total of 2 mL per session) evenly over the treated area.
Injections are placed intradermally, using micro-deposits spaced evenly to ensure smooth absorption and avoid lump formation. For best results, combine AMI Eyes with a collagen or HA booster to enhance firmness and prolong treatment effects.
Post-treatment
- After treatment, avoid touching, rubbing, or applying makeup to the treated area for at least 12–24 hours to minimize irritation.
- It is recommended to avoid direct sunlight, saunas, and vigorous exercise for 48 hours to reduce the risk of swelling or redness.
- Keep the skin well-hydrated using gentle, non-comedogenic moisturizers or soothing serums.
- Mild redness or slight swelling may occur but typically resolves within a few hours to a day.
- Refrain from using acid-based or exfoliating products for one week.

I have been using Ami Eyes for meso in my under eye area, adding about 0.5ml to each side around every 10 days. I’m able to get it through a 34g meso needle pretty easily and blebs take 1-2 days to disappear completely depending on well hydrated the area was to start with. It’s not pinchy at all to use and I have very minimal to no bruising. It’s hard to be subjective but I am certain that I see an improvement in the darkness of my tear troughs, and volume is noticeably better.
