Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
Standard shipping is free for orders over 300$. For orders below 300$, a flat rate of 30$ will apply.
Has my order been shipped?
All orders are typically processed within 24 hours after payment confirmation and shipped on the next business day at 11:00 AM Korean Time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the nearest business day.
Tracking your package
You can expect to receive your tracking information email on the same or next day after your order has been handed over to our shipping partner (order status – carrier) at 11:00 AM Korean time.
Tracking emails are sent at 7:00 PM Korean time.
If you haven’t received your tracking information after 1 or 2 days after changing to carrier status, please send us a message. We will quickly resolve any issues you may have.
We currently ship to addresses within the USA, Canada and UK. If you are located outside of these areas, please contact our customer support team (firstname.lastname@example.org) for assistance.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdeliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible.
