- What is PCL?
PCL (Polycaprolactone) is an FDA-approved, biodegradable polyester (polymer) that is fully dissolved by the body through natural metabolism. After injection, it stimulates collagen production, resulting in an increase in collagen levels, effectively making the skin firmer and tighter. - Full list: Polyethylene glycol, Water, Glycerin, Sodium Carboxymethylcellulose, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Pyroglutamic Acid, Hyaluronic Acid Sodium Salt, Polycaprolactone.
Treatment areas
How to use
Always make sure the treatment area is cleaned and disinfected before starting the treatment.
- Apply numbing cream according to the product instructions.
- Wipe skin after numbing.
- Use a 31G needle to inject the solution.
- Evenly distribute injection points, spacing them 1cm apart and injecting approximately 0.2 ml of solution per point. Use 0.4 ml for deeper wrinkles.
- Apply recovery cream and sunscreen after the treatment.
- Results can be seen after a single procedure, as Miracle L starts boosting collagen production in the 1st week after application. For the best results, schedule 3~4 treatments at a 4-week interval, repeating the procedure once per year.

It is currently difficult to provide a definitive assessment. I initially injected my chest area without any immediate adverse reactions, although I experienced a stinging sensation during the injection process. Following the lack of immediate side effects, two weeks later I proceeded to use this product in my jowls and under my chin, which resulted in significant swelling that took four days to resolve. In the future, I plan to take an antihistamine a few hours before the procedure to determine if it can mitigate any potential reactions.
