When can I get my tracking information?

Tracking number is generally available withing 1-2 days after you place your order. We also send your tracking information via email 🙂

Did you start preparing my order?

We prepare and pack your order during Korean working hours, 9 AM to 6 PM (Mon - Fri).

When will you ship my order?

We strive to prepare and ship your order the same or next day!

Note: Orders placed on Monday-Thursday are sent on the same or next day. While orders placed on Friday afternoon or weekends, are sent on Monday. Sometimes, preparation may take up to 2 working days. If there are any issues, we'll contact you quickly.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2-7 business days after shipping depending on your location.

UPS still don't have possession of the package 🙁

If you see this then your package is still reaching US from South Korea or currently undergoing the standard customs clearance process, which typically takes 1-3 business days.

During this stage, tracking information is not available as we are handling the clearance to ensure your package goes through safely without any issues.

Once this step is completed, UPS will begin local delivery to your address and more detailed tracking information will become available 🙌
