Payment status and how to check it.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Additionally, you can track the status of your payment on your account page, displayed below. There are four possible statuses:

  1. Pending Payment: Your payment has not been completed yet. If paid through wire transfer, order will be in this state until customer makes a payment and we verify.
  2. On-hold: We are confirming whether we received your payment.
  3. Processing: Your payment has been successfully received, and we are now preparing your order.
  4. Carrier: Your shipment is ready and has been dispatched to you.
  5. Cancelled: Your order or payment has been cancelled.

If you’re having trouble with your credit card payment, here are some tips to help you 🙏

Tip 1. Credit Card Checklist 💳

Please make sure to check each of the following points. Once these are done, you’ll enjoy quick, one-click payments without the hassle of lengthy wire transfers!

Most of the times, credit cards either don’t have 3DS enabled or banks block international transactions. Both of these can be easily resolved by calling your bank 🙂

Tip 2. Payment Method for Other Credit Cards/ PayPal

If you have other credit cards like Discover, American Express, or even PayPal, you can use Payoneer to pay. To use Payoneer, we will send you a secure payment request by email.

Tip 3. WISE Wire Transfer

We also accept payments through Wise, and you can easily complete your payment following the steps below. The account details will be shown at the bottom of the next window after placing your order. You can use these details to make a transfer using Wise app.

  1. Include your 5-digit order number as a reference (ex. #12345)

  2. Send the payment to Meamo Wise account.

  3. Once we confirm your payment, we will change the status of your order.
